JOHN GARRETT


John Garrett is a design and communications maven with over 22 years experience in marketing, branding and advertising industries. Stemming from a passion for client service, John is a leading member of the marketing fraternity with strong vision for professional and intelligent creative output.

Having worked as Creative Director of prestigious branding agency, Red11 and as Managing Director of Orama, John is a well-respected leader within the industry. With a diverse portfolio of client experience, John has worked with some of the world’s leading brands including O2, Marks and Spencer, British Airways, CitiBank and Tesco.

John started Sync Europe in 2009 and has developed significant rapport with such clients as Pernod-Ricard, AVG and Sony Entertainment.

RONI HOLLOWAY

Roni started with Sync Europe early in 2010 and has developed significant rapport and managed an array of projects from animations, ambassador events, social media plans, advocacy plans, blog writing and design.

Her career in corporate marketing started at Calor Gas, then moved into Direct Marketing with Grey - Her client portfolio, mainly FMCG included Kays Catalogue, Whitbread Hotels, Pedigree Foods.

Moving on to Milton PDM - managing marketing projects for Securicor, Kimberley Clark, Mazda and McAfee.

Working at Intuit she managed Acquisition and Retention for QuickBooks, (contain your excitement) accounting software. 

Not only is she more than inspirational to work with, she makes sure everything runs like clockwork t’boot.

Her Mastermind specialist subject is now the paint colours of Farrow & Ball and Designer Guilds furniture during 2009 era.

MIKE HENNESSY


Michael Hennessy is an award-winning freelance copywriter with over 35 years experience.

During his career he has worked in top London advertising agencies, including McCann-Erickson, Benton & Bowles and Lowes where he created everything from TV and Radio commercials to press, poster and print campaigns above and below the line.

Just some of the blue-chip accounts he has worked on include Esso, Nescafe, Bass Charrington, Volvo, VW, Fisons, Bosch, Ronseal, Abbey National, Thomas Cook and AVG.

One of the lines he has penned, which is still in use today, is “Don’t just book it, Thomas Cook it.”


PAUL TIPPETT

With a strong design and advertising background beginning in the mid-nineties at Mattingly and Partners, one of Sydney’s leading advertising agencies.

Working on a whole range of product sectors from Automotive through to Charities including Daihatsu Motors, The Sydney Children’s Hospital and Galaxy, Australia’s premier Digital satellite Television Channel.

On returning to the UK he joined Smith and Jones Communications, part of the WPP group, the UK’s largest design and advertising consultancy specialising in Technology and IT. Involved in Creative Direction through to strategic planning for advertising, brand creation and new media solutions for clients including 3Com, Sony, Hitachi and Taxan.

He was also heavily involved with the launch into the UK and European marketplace of Inktomi Corporation, the California company that provided software for Internet service providers.

Paul is now an independent creative consultant working with SME’s and global brands such as Star Micronics, the world leading manufacturer of POS printers as well as Citibank, Bosch, Regus, Samsung and BP.

ADRIAN BROADWAY


Adrian began his working life in magazine publishing, designing pages for many motoring magazines and achieving the level of Art Editor by the time he was 21.

After many years of Art Editing different magazines he began a freelance career attracting the attention of High Profile lifestyle magazine The Face and others including the NME and Loaded. At the end of the 90’s he returned to full time employment at the infamous Loaded magazine, a title now synonymous with that era and twice had his front cover designs voted into Campaign’s Top 10 UK Front Covers. He has also illustrated for Details magazine in New York and Benetton’s COLORS magazine.

More recently he has Art Directed the launch of ‘Test Drive’ and performed a complete redesign of Men’s Fitness and 911 & Porsche World.

Founded originally by Adrian Broadway, Ouno benefits directly from his 16 years experience Art Directing for the travel, fashion, automotive, homes, interiors, lifestyle and technology industries.

He drives a 1934 ford (sometimes).

ADRIAN FERNAND

Adrian Fernand is a writer specialising in screen, television and fiction. He has spent close to a decade in the communications, design and event management industries; working as an event manager for leading luxury goods brand, Louis Vuitton and as a director of a public relations, marketing and digital strategy consultancy.

Recognised for his social protocol and etiquette website, I Do Believe I Came with a Hat, Adrian was one of the faces of the Streets Cornetto “Endless Summer” campaign. Dividing his time between the United States, Europe and Australia, Adrian’s debut comedic screenplay, “The Wingman” is due for production in 2011.

Adrian Bridgwater is a freelance journalist and corporate content creation specialist focusing on software application development, project management and technology. A regular contributor to “Computer Weekly”, “Dr Dobbs Journal” and others, his journalistic know-how brings detailed and impartial editorial to a professional and hobbyist software audience.

GRAHAM SMITH


Graham Smith is a motion graphics, animation and video specialist with over 10 years’ experience in London. Working on a variety of projects over the course of his career, Graham’s experience spans in-store installations, music videos, documentary film and brand identity.

After honing his skills in 3D animation, Graham has delivered high-end productions across the TV, film, branding and marketing industries. Working as animation director, artworker and designer on several projects, he has clients such as Nike, Nokia, Coca Cola and Burberry to his Portfolio.

Notably, Graham headed the animation team of the 2009 documentary, American: The Bill Hicks Story, developed the production trailer for the film Knucklehead, a music video for British artist, Ukstates and was responsible for the 3D animations required for Burberry Sport and the launch of Burberry cosmetics.

  

KIT RUPAREL

Kit has 18 years of commercial product development experience, executing R&D, IT, business operations, branding and consulting projects; the majority of which has been gained at start-ups that been taken through VC funding rounds, private equity raisings, management buy-outs, acquisitions, spin-offs and public listings.

Kit is CTO in Residence at Ariadne Capital and CTO at Enrich Social Production and has over the last two years held interim director positions at Zaptag, World Transfer and The Narrative. Additionally he has provided consultancy services to multi-national enterprises including AVG, Leonardo Media and Pernod Ricard. 

Prior to this, Kit held board director and management positions at SpinVox Ltd, Message Pad Ltd and Avaya Inc.

Kit is a Chartered IT Professional and has voluntarily assisted the British Computer Society, the National Computer Centre, the DTI, the Learning and Skills Council and the government eSkills programme on a range of topics from Professionalism in IT initiatives to defining skills frameworks for CIOs through to IT end-users.

KARL RUDZIAK


Karl is an artist, published illustrator and concept visualiser for over 20 years. Producing work for the likes of Procter and Gamble, 20/20, SpinVox, AVG and Cunard.

Karl is a catalyst between the ethereal and the corporeal. He enjoys the challenge of having ideas thrown at him in the form of obscure emails, scribbles on the back of fag packets and in some cases attempted ESP in order to bring these concepts to a tangible state. 

An award winning artist, his portrait work has been shown at the National Portrait Gallery and is featured in the book 500 portraits: BP Portrait Award by Sandy Nairn published by the National Portrait Gallery.

MARK HARRIS


A top flight marketer for over 20 years practicing for companies including ICI, O2 and SpinVox, specifically the profitable promotion of products.

Mark has delivered strong and enduring strategies, by sharing his knowledge and working externally to give a much stronger consumer perspective, helping businesses to grow, without the growing pains.
